Chamblee High is known for their great academics and incredible teachers. Like any other school, there are some teachers who could definitely be better, but as a general rule of thumb, the more challenging classes have the best and most knowledgeable teachers.

There are many different class levels (magnet, gifted, general, AP, etc), and there are especially a lot of options for magnet students and students who are way ahead in their classes. Lots of AP options, but only three foreign language choices (Spanish, French, and German).

Some of the science program leaves a bit to be desired. For students in advanced classes, the workload can often seem unmanageable.
